Fridays are a great option to keep in mind.
Booking a Friday gives you the opportunity to add on Thursday for 4 hours.
Practice, rehearse, host dinner, and decorate for a similar price as a Saturday.

Sundays are a great option because you still get that weekend feel and guests still have time to travel.
Sundays are especially nice for early afternoon.
