Manager & People Lover. Former teacher. Alongside LFM, she works as Connections Coordinator at church and assists a little on the farm. Likes fluffy kittens, board games, mystery novels, peach tea, and fitness training.
Robert
LFM Property Supervisor & Trouble Shooter Extraordinaire--seriously, the man is a genius! Farming since age 8. Devours books, fixes all farm machinery hiccups, loves Fox news, consumes M & M’s and Mt. Dew as a staple.
Heather
Housekeeping and assists in Event Managing. Adores her husband and busy with 4 kids & their activities. Equestrian.
Claira
Claira is a very skilled piano and organ player. She is also talented at playing clarinet and in distance running. She enjoys baking, cooking, and trying new recipes. Claira is a Sophomore in High School.
BJ
Lawn Maintenance. Bank appraiser by day. Weekend farmer. Newlywed, real estate hobby, race car driver, and glass blower.
Besides our “older” team members, we like to invest in high schoolers each year to help them fund for further education
So thankful to them for assisting in the labor-intensive furniture moving, cleaning, some touring help, and behind-the-scenes work .
Janae
Janae is a Senior at CCCHS and is very involved at her school as StuCo president and a runner in XC and Track. She also enjoys playing piano and decorating cookies in her free time.

Jude is a Junior at CCCHS and participates in football and wrestling. He is a leader in his church youth group. Being a farm kid, he is a super hard worker.
